Job Summary

The Information Technology department is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to take on a full-time role in Makati City, Philippines. This pivotal position requires a seasoned professional to lead the end-to-end development of robust web applications, drive innovation, ensure optimal performance, and provide technical guidance within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development, from architectural design to deployment, of robust and scalable web applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and user-friendly web solutions adhering to industry best practices.
  • Provide expert technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers within a dynamic team environment.
  • Drive innovation by researching, evaluating, and integrating new technologies and development methodologies.
  • Ensure optimal application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness across all supported platforms and devices.
Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and guarantee the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
