Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine AI prompts to elicit optimal responses and achieve desired model performance.
  • Experiment with various prompting techniques and strategies to enhance AI model accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI interactions.
  • Analyze AI model outputs, identify inconsistencies, and propose prompt-based solutions for improvement.
  • Maintain clear documentation of prompt iterations, best practices, and performance evaluations.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in prompt engineering and contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • A demonstrated passion for artificial intelligence and a foundational understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate and optimize AI model outputs.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear, concise, and effective prompts.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new AI tools, technologies, and prompt engineering best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in prompt development and output analysis to ensure precision and accuracy.
